ABOUT ERIKA AND
PEACESPACE

I’m Erika, the heart behind Peacespace—a healing and alignment practice supporting those on the path of inner allowing, reconnecting with their higher Self, and returning to their natural wholeness.

Through my life’s experiences as a mother, educator, and facilitator, —as well as my own healing journey—I’ve learned that the most powerful gift we can offer the world is our own inner transformation.

As a trauma-informed facilitator, I guide people through a gentle process of inner discovery, helping them soften old patterns, meet the parts within them that seek care, and reconnect with the truth and authenticity of who they are.

I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and am certified in breathwork and life coaching. My approach is trauma-informed and shaped by studies in Inherited Family Trauma and Internal Family Systems. I am also a devoted student of healing, human development, and spiritual growth—continually deepening my understanding so I can better support those I serve.

My work is intuitive, grounded, and heart-centered, designed to meet you exactly where you are and guide you back to the quiet, steady knowing that has always lived within you. Whether in 1:1 sessions or group spaces, my intention is to offer a safe, nurturing container where you feel held, empowered, and supported.
A REFLECTION ON WHOLENESS
To me, being whole means embracing and expressing all aspects within us—returning to our humanness while remaining in touch with our divinity. We were born divine and whole, but the world made us forget. Becoming whole is returning to that sacred space once more, carrying the awareness of our nature and our commitment to share our gifts with the world.
