A gentle, guided session designed to help you come home to your Self through the wisdom of your body and breath. In a safe, supportive space, we’ll allow healing, release, and restoration to naturally unfold.
During your session, you may:

Practice observing, being in, and listening to your body and breath, cultivating compassion and trust while allowing your nervous system to naturally restore.

Meet and witness a part of yourself that carries tension, worry, or burden, allowing it to express what has been suppressed.
