As a child and teenager, I always enjoyed playing with words as a way to express my inner world and describe the world around me. One of the greatest gifts of my inner-allowing journey has been rediscovering this love for words.

Each poem and reflection is the result of what I like to call an “appointment with the divine.” These appointments create a space where I can allow my creativity, thoughts, and feelings to emerge authentically—and share them with those who encounter my work.

Each appointment begins as I light a candle, followed by prayer and a state of deep inner joy and flow. They conclude with heartfelt gratitude as I blow out the candle and bow inwardly toward the divine.
